In Japan, youth use a word “cancellation” for anything even though this slang is dying out after 5 ish years of trending. The usage of the word spread widely with “風呂キャン界隈（Huro Can Kaiwai / Bath Cancelling Community）.” FYI, 界隈 is not something that we can directly translate into English so I just put it as “community” but don’t use the word 界隈 thinking it means community.
